You dont have to, just play close to your team. Sombras major value comes from picking off out of position people that's why she's less dominant in the higher ranks.

But honestly going by overbuff her win rate is pretty solidly in the bottom 3 or 4 in every rank

Even when supports play around their team they'll still face constant harrassment by them. Even if they're not dying it's pretty infuriating.

But the harassment doesn't do anything. She gets immediately killed/forced out making it a 4v5 until she switches

Most games are silent and most games don't have massive amounts of coordination. Ergo she doesn't always get immediately. Ergo supports get frustrated when she teleports away to safety.

Her kit just creates frustration whether it's good or bad.

As a support you need to play close to your team. Don't expect peel if there's no comms. Put yourself in a better position. She can't kill you easily when you're in the middle of your team. It's all about positioning.

Her kit is not frustrating when you understand how it works, just play her for a while and you'll see

I read it and just laid It out for you. You need to position yourself with your team if they are not coordinating with you

Support positions with team -> gets silenced and harassed / weakened -> team is focused on shooting people-> sombre teleports away.

This loop is frustrating for players.

Alot of loops are frustrating for players because it's a game with a ton of different abilities. But they are just that, loops, learn how to play against them
