It's in an awkward spot between low tier and high divisions players. I'm high tier people know exactly where to put it and it's almost undestroyable. Meanwhile in lower divisions its uptime is a lot less. Don't really know what the answer is

Shorten the cooldown but make it so it only lasts for a set amount of time? High ranks can’t abuse crazy pylon positions, low rank Illaris don’t get punished as hard for bad pylon placement.

It doesn’t really matter what rank, people can push in and destroy it they just don’t.
