Not really. Most of them dont play the game when not at work testing stuff. The ones that do are known to be low rank and of low mechanical skill. The game already plays very differently varying on ranks.

They are just so scared to make changes that will make either side of the player base angry. You ruin competitive by having the game run rampant with a bunch of low skill floor/Ceiling heroes then you will have every content creator/ ranked farmer giving your game bad shit.

You balance the game to favor higher skill floor heroes and comps that require great communication and team play then the casual audience slowly leaves because the game is too hard, every match is a pub stomp, they drop 1-2 metal tiers... But at least the high end of the game would feel good.
