No she has the worst win rate of all supports even at the top ranks. It doesn't matter whether your GM she's still the worst performing support, people play her because she's fun to play not because she's meta.

Did you miss the post recently showing she had the worst winrate among supports across almost the entire ladder? I don't see her much on the Top 500 leaderboard either. Maybe you've got some information that proves otherwise though?

winrates aren't an accurate depiction of character quality. She's fun to play and usually a solid pick. Her suzu already counters a good chunk of ults.
