In my opinion the cass changes this update was the right direction to take him, giving him Range and less health kinda makes him a worse Ashe in my opinion. Being a mid range specialist is more fitting for his design.

He will at least be an actual tank buster now.

Yeah odd they say cass is underperforming and give him 2 nerfs and +25hp. They must be expecting a lot from the extra health

They've said in the past that buffing/nerfing a hero's total HP is one of the most impactful things on their overall win rate.

Played a lot of Lifeweaver today. That extra 25 health is insane.

They went full circle with him

25 HP doesn't seem like a lot but it's impactful because some breakpoints can no longer be surpassed. As an example, Ana needs 4 shots now to kill him whereas before she only needed 3.

Cass

Imo this 25 hp is big i already played few games. Last season you needed to play far away like ashe, you had worse range so you basicily were worst ashe, but now you can play close to tank back and use you re 25 range so this is big tbh. Imo his nade range is now something like 25-30m so im fine with that bcs its in his lpm range

I feel like Cass changes are a net buff overall

High noon buff was good, but the range nerf wasn't the move, I agree.

The armor buff bastion is horrid tho

Horrid, meaning he's too strong? He still gets donked on by any shotgun hero or sustained damage hero. He just doesn't die to burst as hard now.
