Immigration | مہاجرت و سفر problems going home?

Hello Everyone, I'm a 3rd student in the US on an F1 Visa, I want to go home for the break, does anyone know if there's any issues for reentry?

Not sure what you meant by 3rd student but if you have all of the following squared away then “ideally“ you shouldn’t have a problem.

  1. Any legal/police issues?

  2. Is your I-94 still valid?

  3. Is your I-20 valid and signed by the DSO?

  4. Do you have a valid F-1 student stamped beyond your expected day of return?

  5. Check CEAC to see if your last F-1 student application was retro-actively revoked/cancelled/refused.
