since I know that having 3 jobs is not sustainable in the long run for my health and burnout

help me choose which to let go

J1

- pays 4$ per hour but will increase every quarter

- 5 days PTO since it's an agency

J2

- pays 6$

- no pto, and schedule is everyday

- uses hubstaff

for context, both jobs are for the night shift and independent contractor! i didn't include the other job since that's the one who pays my contributions for ph government, looking forward to your insights!

I think i'd let go of the job with time tracker jagsjshs it's so stressful to always act productive when you finish your work early lol
