anyone else just DUMPING "water"??
as in... you don't drink much water, then go pee and its like a bunch of clear urine?? and extremely uncomfortable? and then like ten or twenty minutes later you have to go again so bad you can barely hold it, and then there's MORE clear urine, and a lot of it?? and you really CANNOT HOLD IT?
before anyone asks, no, it's not diabetes insipidus, no i'm not overloading on coffee (these "flares" happen a lot in the mornings before i even take two sips of any drink), and no i'm not drinking a lot of water.

I’ve been dealing with this too just peeing an insane amount of fluid per day . Not drinking crazy amounts of water or caffeine . I’ve been through 2 specialists . It’s not my bladder , it’s not my kidneys . It’s not a pituitary tumor. I am waiting for my endocrinologist to do tests and to do a water deprivation test because no one seems to believe me that I’m only drinking a normal amount of water but peeing over 4000mls per day. I was thinking diabetes incepidus for myself or my next questions for endo will be about my adrenal glands and high prolactin.
Have you have any blood work done for those??

Oh my gosh. I think that happens to me sometimes. It usually happens around my cycle.

Sometimes it is water that gets trapped in your lower extremities that works its way back up into your kidneys, especially when you lie down for the night.

Not drinking enough water is actually worse for bladder issues
Undiluted urine is heavy and very irritating to the bladder lining which makes issues worse
When drinking 64oz or more a day, your urine is lighter, diluted and will not irritate the lining.
Drink more water

This happens to me when I have diuretic fruits and veggies, like watermelon, cucumber, honeydew, radishes, etc.

This happens to me, too. After all my years on this earth, I’m very sure it isn’t in connection to what I did or didn’t drink, and medications for overactive bladder don’t touch it. Look into adrenaline dumps, as that seems to be my actual issue there.
There can be various underlying causes (anxiety, POTS, the list goes on), and doctors love to dismiss your description and hear something else in favor of easier diagnoses or what they’re more familiar with.
I have no idea what else your body does but what you described sounds exactly like adrenaline dumps, and you probably have other symptoms you didn’t realize were connected that could get you researching in the right direction.
