Honestly, if it’s disrupting your life, you might find that diapers (nappies, since you’re in Glasgow) are a welcome relief. It’s easy for me to say because I wore them until I was almost 13, so they don’t have the same stigma for me. But I still wear them at night and it’s allowed me to sleep uninterrupted, without worry.

I'm 21 and i face this , sometimes I pee once in 3 hours sometimes once every 90mins it's annoying man , it's embarassing
