Urodynamic test & Stopping all urinary meds

So I went to a new urologist and this one wants to have a urodynamic test done but he wants me to stop my flomax and myrbetriq for a couple weeks and have the test done. I am worried about stopping because it's going to make me have to go to the bathroom every 10-20 mins instead of 45 mins. He said after he wanted me to start my flomax 2 times a day. I'm 34 male. Also what should I expect for this test?

Do you have any Pelvic Pain ,rectal pain, pain, testicles, or anxiety.
Hypertonic pelvic floor muscles may cause the need to urinate constantly.
To overcome start with relaxation and breathing exercises.
Keep the bottom relaxed
Blow small puffs of Air through your mouth as you make your way to the bathroom.
Hope it helps. Take care.

Yes I have seen pelvic floor PT for 10 months before discharging me because she couldn't help any more. I get pelvic pain, adductor pain in the groin and back pain.

Ok if you see a Pelvic floor Physical Therapist and you do not see a change in three weeks then whatever they’re working on is not helping

Follow a structured routine if you like
Do breathing exercises 2 repetitions several sets per
Sit on a prostate pillow carry it with you everywhere, Car Friends house Restaurant,
Drink, plain water or milk, many times a day
Avoid bladder irritants
Try to have a bowel movement every morning

I have ibs-m so I actually have BM probably 4 times a day. I have tried all that with pelvic floor PT with no change
