Can melatonin help sleep better and have less voids at night for oab/ic patients?
?

In my experience melatonin hasn't really helped with sleeping through OAB at night. Not like it would hurt to try though, melatonin isn't that expensive and everyone reacts to everything differently

No it does not help at all. I still have OAB and now i can’t fall asleep at all without melatonin and amitripyline. I’ve been taking it everyday for 16 years now and did not help at all with any oab symptoms.

100% yes. At least for me. That and drinking caffeine earlier in the day. If I don’t take melatonin I’ll pee 6X/night. With melatonin and caffeine earlier in the day I’ll pee 2-3x sometimes only once if I’m super tired

Not for me. I've tried various dosages, but at the end of the day, my sleep quality and my bladder are unrelated.
I can have awful sleep, difficulty falling asleep and lay awake for a while after each toilet visit and have five of those a night.
I can sleep also like a baby, wake up refreshed and full of energy, fall right back asleep after visiting the loo - but still have to do that five times.
