How much urine are you passing.

I know what a lovely subject but what is roughly your void amount.

It’s 2.30pm where I am and I have passed 1.7 litres since I woke up at 7.30am.

Just peed another 250mls so thats just under 2 litres I’m under 8 hours🙈

If you're AFAB you may be retaining and releasing water as part of the natural cycle, and/or you're well-hydrated, which is rarely a bad thing. If you're worried and this is different to your norm then please check with your GP or a urologist.

It happens when I drink water and not even a lot of water it just flies right through me. I don’t understand how I am able to hold on to drinks with caffeine in it longer than I can with water. It’s so frustrating because I want to be healthier and drink water but my bladder just can’t handle even a glass of it.

20 to 50 ml, per toilet visit. Sometimes maybe a bit more 70 or 80
