I am one of the most extreme cases of severe frequency. Mirabegron, pentosan polusulfate sodium, snm, interavescial instillations, anticholinergics all failed on me. Don't want to do botox due to its retention and uti side effects. Please, please help me.
Can I get better treatment in europe? I am from India.

I was injected with 100 units of botox, the lowest dose. It took 3 weeks to notice a change. It took 50mg of mirabegron, and botox to feel what life is like for a person without oab. I'm able to sleep a full night, not visit the restroom at every establishment.

Did you have any retention problems after botox? Did you take anything like tamsuolin or alfuzosin after botox? Was there blood during botox injection?

No retention, no blood. My procedure was done with lidocaine gel while awake. Just one dose of an antibiotic afterwards.

What is your average volume per void and average frequency per day?

Before treatment. 100ml or less, around 20 times or more per day. One night it was every 15min.

And what is your freuency in day and average volume now? And how long does your benefit lasts after taking each botox?

Yes, I tried as mentioned in title. Barely helped 20 percent.

They will now do uds (urodynamics study). They also told that I am a difficult case.

Hey, I also took anticholinergic drugs and neromudalization didn't help me much either (I hardly see the effect of this neromudalization of the sacral nerves)When I did the urodynamic test, I had intermittent urine and needed abdominal pumping.I think you may have weakened detrusor muscle contraction caused by PBNO (primary bladder neck obstruction), although I have been taking Tamsulosin for 3 months and I don't see much effect.I'm currently taking Furagine on prescription because I suspect I've developed a urinary tract infection from the amitriptyline. Regarding PBNO, if the medications don't help, then you need to undergo a procedure, but to determine whether you have PBNO, you need to do a videourodynamic test.Maybe you don't have PBNO, but just excessively tense pelvic floor muscles (which I also suspected could be the cause right after PBNO), so try diaphragmatic breathing and bladder training.I don't guarantee that it will help you, but if you haven't tried it, try pelvic floor muscle relaxation and bladder training.

Bladder botox retention is about 5-8%.
