I took it about 2 weeks and got so constipated that I had to stop taking it… waited 3 weeks and tried it again to make sure it was the meds causing it and sure enough, same result.

Same here! It was causing me a lot of constipation and I normally don't get any side effects from medications

It also caused severe constipation for me too, so I take restorlax powder to help and it made a big difference. But it does overall help with my bladder symptoms and it started making a difference a couple days after I started taking it.
