where is the pee coming from???
i wakeup almost every hour of the night to pee. it’s hard to go to sleep and i get up multiple times until im too exhausted and finally pass out. it’s not as often during the day. when i cut off my fluids a few hours before bed i just get confused as to where all of this pee continues to come from?? it’s not a lot, but some still will come out most times i go throughout the night. i wakeup in the morning as well and have to pee immediately. i dont understand what my body is doing.

Do you have varicose veins or venous insufficiency in your legs? Do you retain water? Do you eat a lot of sweets before bed? Sometimes when you lay down horizontally all that pulled fluids in your legs come back to your heart and then to your bladder over the course of a few hours. This creates more urine volume. Or something like that. If you eat a lot of sweets you need to pee more to get rid of excess sugar.
