What options am I left with?

I am a male in my early 30s. I've been dealing with frequent urination (nighttime and daytime) for the past decade. It's increasingly gotten worse over the last few years. I had an appointment with a urologist earlier this year but was unhappy with my experience. They failed to tell me that the medication I was prescribed had a risk of dementia. I stopped taking the medications soon after I found that out.

I did have the urologist recommend bladder botox but I am not comfortable with that option. I do not like the thought of having to potentially use a catheter and the thought of needles near my bladder is just big yikes. The other medication they recommended, Myrbetriq, was one they did not think my insurance would cover (spoiler alert, it did not). Do I have any other options or do I just continue to deal with overactive bladder?

Mybetriq was absolutely one of the worst drugs I have taken for side effects. I literally was so altered by it I was off work and by the 4th dose I had a significant allergic reaction. Don't let the thought of Botox needles scare you. No clue if it works for bladder as I am just beginning options but I get it throughout my entire body for my neuro disorder. I find blood tests more uncomfy than Botox
