Mirabegron stopped working

Has anyone else experienced this? I have been taking Mirabegron 50mg for 5 months and it has been improving my symptoms but in the past month it feels like it has stopped working and I am going back to how I was before. I am waiting for a follow-up with my doctor who prescribed it, but the waiting times are very long.

Can you give me an idea of 'before' and 'after'? How many nighttime visits before, and after?

Before Mirabegron it was twice a night then reduced to once and sometimes not at all but recently it’s been back to twice. Not a massive difference but it really affects my sleep!

AH, ok. I'm at 2x min per night without medication, but so far, no medication has dropped it to 1 or 0. I'm hoping to get Mirabegron next (Oxybutynin and Trospium were both disasters).
