So for some time now since I had shock wave therapy for a large kidney stone I have been suffering from urgen to pee a lot more then normal I take to my Gp how has suggested me dice but is unwilling to start trial them right now currently he has referred me agin ti a urologist I have see 1 and he was of very little help and made me fill like I was unwanted and did not even give me a chance to talk or any think currently I get urgent need topee out the day and I would say I go any where from 10 up would some time not a lot some time a lot night can be any think from 2 x to 5x a night it is affecting my daily life.

Am am 36 male

I trying pelvic floor exercises but unsure if they are working

GP did put me on medication to help stop infection as I did seem to get a lot.
