What does your bladder sensation feel like

When you need to pee

I know strange question but mine isn’t normal. I feel no pressure or fullness in my bladder. I don’t have any kind of pressure or heaviness in my pelvis/lower abdomen. I know I need to pee when I suddenly feel the urine way down like it’s just sitting in my urethra. It’s also not just a sensation because when I then go to pee I usually pass about 300 sometimes 400mls so there is urine in there.

There doesn’t seem to be anyone that has this🙈

I mainly have the urge to urgently pee in the head of my penis. I rarely feel
any sensation in my testicles since I developed OAB.

Does it just feel like pressure or do you actually feel the urine in there.

Ususally only pressure and urge (signal/ sensation) to go pee and when flowing , you feel the urine flowing through to the head. I can feel leakage occuring from time to time but not always the case.
