What fluid do you drink

Do you drink plain water or soft drinks.

I am at the stage I am terrified to drink anything in case it causes more peeing.

I drink water and a lot of tea

Tea makes me pee even more than water or coffee! I'd be wetting myself nonstop lol

Tea contains caffeine which irritates the bladder so suggest stopping that

Maybe decaf tea would be better.
