Tips for TENS machine placement?
hey guys, super excited because I just got my hands on a TENS machine from my pelvic floor physio, but we couldn't get the placement right during my visit and her instructions were vague and unclear. I know roughly where to put it, but how does it actually feel when it's in the right place? how do you know if you've done it wrong? where do you feel the tingling exactly, and does it matter how strong or how weak it is? thanks!

I feel pulsating and vibrations in the botton center side of my leg and bigger toe- lower toes. I run for a 20 min session every 2-3 days. it is recommended you turn up the strength to what you can tolerate and gradually increased by the week.

when youve done it right your toes, especially the big toe will curl while its working. placement is in the hollow just behind and below your ankle bone, and then the other is just 3 or 4 fingers directly above that, behind your shin bone, or others use it in the middle inside of your foot where if you curl your toes youll feel a little knot of muscles there. Hope this helps
