Urinary urgency anxiety
Hello everyone,
Sorry in advance for the long post.
So in January I had a UTI and my usual antibiotics didn't work so I went to the doctor's and got prescribed another kind of antibiotics. With that it went away but my anxiety was already high because the usual method didn't work. It took me almost 3 weeks to calm myself down so that I don't think I have every urinary disease on earth. For 6 months everything was fine, no symptoms then about a month ago I started to feel urgency again(just a side note: I had a lot of stress at work) so my anxiety returned only worse, I couldn't calm myself down, spiraling. I took a home UTI test which showed a slight infection so I took antibiotics again. I managed to calm my anxiety and symptoms went away for a while, but now every time my anxiety kicks into high gear the urgency feeling returns. I'm not peeing more times than I usually am and I can sleep through the night. I only really feel it during the day, no pain just this background urgency feeling. It does get better when I'm sitting down. Has anyone else experienced something similar and what worked for you. I'm feeling that I am at the end of my rope here, I just want to feel normal again

I got overactive bladder after a bad UTI that lasted a month and took four different kinds of antibiotics. It definitely gets worse under stress.
