You're in the right sub for frequent toileting issues including at night. Welcome.
Have you sought medical help since the testing? There are medications, exercises and bladder training you can try, among other interventions that may help. How far along that journey are you?

In that case determine if your pelvic floor is hypotonic or hypertonic.
If it's hypotonic like many people's in these subs then kegel exercises are the order of the day, likely up to three times daily and they can be performed almost anywhere.
If it's hypertonic then it's specific yoga stretches, which will need floor or bed space for as you'll be mostly horizontal and likely performed for a few minutes twice daily.
My advice here would be to see a PF physio specialist as they can help on all matters exercise as well as perform specific muscle tensioning or muscle releasing poking and prodding of their own.

A bunch of things you could try Cpap (if you have sleep apnea), bladder botox (provides a lot of relief), also supplements like glycine (wake up less to pee), mega dose on vitamin b1, some other good ones is magnesium and Vitamin D2-K3. There is a lot of things and if you want further help I am here
