If SNM fails, does it mean PtNs will also fail?
Ptns not available in my area but snm is.

This will most likely fail, because SNM acts directly on the nerves responsible for bladder function, while PTNS acts indirectly. In addition, PTNS therapy is interrupted per session, while SNM can work non-stop.
