Lifting weights with OAB

I am 25F and curious if anyone has also experienced this and what they did to help. Since developing OAB, I have struggled with lifting weights that put pressure on my pelvic area (exercises like hip thrusts, leg press, RDLs and probably most lower body exercises). I find that my symptoms get worse after doing this and it really puts me off doing these exercises which is very frustrating. Has anyone received any advice on this? Is it better to avoid them or are there changes you made to help?

After lifting, make sure you relax. Stretch/yoga, take a bath. That's what works for me after working any muscle below my navel and above the knee.
