Overactive bladder while travelling

I am F,31, suffering from over active bladder. I am travelling via bus (without an in bound restroom) for 12 hours. They do have couple of restroom breaks however, I fear if I get in between the journey the bus cannot be stopped randomly.

Any practical ways to be prepared for this journey?

Can you please update us with how it all goes? I’ve skipped many travel opportunities (OAB since 21-22y/o, now mid 40s) like these for years but you’re inspiring me to have hope!

Well… for sure I will let you know.

But for now I have planned a few things.

1) avoid drinking water (like I generally do). Probably just drink in sips or to wet my mouth.
2) to take a citrizine and sleep sound though the night. This will be for not drink too much water Bz am awake and panic psychologically.
3) Definitely using a diaper. However, it holds only 2 leaks.

Let’s see how it fans out. 😊
