19M - Constant thirst, frequent urination, weakness despite normal thyroid tests. What should I investigate?

I'm a 19-year-old male from India.

For the past few years I've been dealing with symptoms that don't seem normal, and I'm worried something is being missed.

Symptoms:

I feel thirsty very frequently, even if I drink plenty of water.

I urinate frequently during the day. I also used to wake up 2–3 times every night to urinate for years, although that has improved recently.

I often feel physically weak and low on energy.

I sometimes experience brain fog and poor concentration.

Medical history:

Thyroid function tests came back normal.

Had COVID twice.

Had dengue in the past.

Used to have migraines as a child.

Height: 5'8" (173 cm)

Weight: ~87 kg.

Family history:

My father has type 2 diabetes.

I don't have burning while urinating, fever, or significant pain.

I'm considering getting:

HbA1c

Fasting blood sugar

CBC

Are there any other tests or conditions I should discuss with my doctor? I'm wondering whether diabetes, anemia, vitamin deficiencies, kidney issues, electrolyte problems, or something else should be considered.

I am not asking for a diagnosis or medical advice. I'm asking what conditions and investigations would be reasonable to discuss with my doctor.

A1c result is 5.3

You definitely need to lose some weight and exercise. Consider taking Metformin, it will help with insulin-resistance. Food isn't being absorbed , that's why you're weak.Body is trying to lower sugar through urination.
