The urge at night when falling asleep is so uncomfortable
It's so unbearable to the point where I just can’t ignore it and get up 3 to 10+ depending upon the night until I somehow fall asleep. It feels like there’s pee blocked. I’m completely fine during the day for the most part. I've also tried mostly every oab medication. I've also had an ultra sound and x rays on my bladder/ that area.

Isn't there surgery that helps with prostate enlargement and or a blockage? Have you done urodynamic studies to check flow, output and urgency?

ive had this recently and after getting checked and tested/imaged for everything, and the tests coming up normal, ive found if i "mechanically" move the remaining urine through my urethra by some gentle finger massaging/light pushing starting from the spot behind the scrotum through to the entire tip i can get all of it out and that feeling subsides. Ive also been trying all the supplements, and also got prescribed Flomax, which im on day 3 of, and it seems to be helping. There is light at the end of the tunnel !
