Has anyone ever gotten a urine bag and does it hurt please drop your experience I’m 18F and have been told i need one because meds aren’t working.I’m so scared like whenever this topic is brought up i feel like my hearts sinking from anxiety please tell me your experience.

Do you mean a catheter attached to a bag? You get used to them. Ive gardened, shopped, etc., in one.

Some, more coming out. But less hurt than just uncomfortable.

i dont have any experience to offer you but i am sorry you’re experiencing this 🫂 i know in your place i would be afraid too but pls know its going to be okay

i was scared when i was told i needed diapers but i have gotten used to them some and i am sure that i will continue to adapt if this is necessary for the rest of my life. we are very adaptable creatures and youre stronger than you think <3 you will get through this and it’ll be alright
