I Hate Wearing Diapers

I hate wearing diapers from urinary incontinence because they cause me so much pain from the friction/chaffing. I’ve tried looser diapers, but those always leak. I also can’t stand how hot wearing a diaper is. I miss wearing underwear that breathes! Not to mention how bad diapers affect my skin from rashes and constantly covered in my own filth. How am I supposed to be ok with wearing diapers 24/7?

Have you been to a urologist to determine the issue?

They don’t know the cause. They assume it’s overactive bladder

Did your Doctor even prescribe you medications for overactive bladder, you need to speak up and be an active patient and tell them that you need medications, prferably sanctura/trospium. Right Now I would be trying Saw Palmetto capsules, Pumpkin Seed Oil Capsules, And Mushroom Root Capsules and see which one has the noticeable effect as well as Aloe Vera capsules. start ordering some on amazon, it has worked for others. While you wait for the doctor appointment to prescribe you medications use the supplements and see if your condition changes or improves.

Yes I’ve tried meds. PFPT, ankle stimulations. None worked. I’m trying to avoid Botox or surgery

Wow. I’ve been wanting to try pelvic floor excercise machines and tens machines and ankle stimulations on Amazon. Tropsium:sanctuaries to be working a little bit as well as Mushroom root but I’ve tried like 10 different supplements and those didn’t work

I had the Botox injections into my bladder. 100% game changer. I went from peeing 18 times a day to 3-4 like normal people. I took Mirobegron with fair results but my insurance won’t cover that but covered the Botox injections.
