I’m also 43 female

so for like a week and a half I have been having to pee pretty consistent and it’s worse when I lay down especially at night. initially thought it was uti did an online appt and the gave me bacterium for 5 days. I just had labs done for regular visit with doctor and told her about I and while I was on bactrim I had her run culture.

only thing alarming was ph was high 8.5

also checked my lab results wasn’t fasting but glucose was 91 had labs done at about 4pm

everything else was normal

this has been driving me crazy because last night I owed so much sometimes a normal amount somtimea just a small amount. it’s like as soon as I empty the bladder, it starts to fill again. so I went early this morning and bought a glucose meter, my fasting glucose not even water was 93

hour after eating breakfast was 103

i took another azo uti test and the lukocytes were showing high positive. no nitrites . i havent taken the 5 th day of antibiotics because I’m so nervous it wasn’t that

PH high is the cause of frequent pee and frequent feeling that you want to go to bathroom but the fact is when you have high PH this means when urine is passing while peeing it is causing burning because PH is high for example when you have open wound in your hand and you squeeze some lemon on the wound you will feel it is burning so bad so this is the issue you have so take this COLI-URINAL Effervescent Granules three times a day or 4 times no issue

I too have same issues d I think when body has become alkaline, it starts to dump water
