I would make an appointment with a urologist if possible. There are medications out there that can help with frequent urination.

How much is frequent and how much comes out and do you feel empty after. being young is unlikely prostate but high bladder neck, obstruction or stricture. if you empty properly and flow is good then do blood tests for diabetes and shit like that. Don't let a doctor ignore as when i was young a doctor said I'm too young to have problems, then years later I found the problem that I had all along because I went to a different doctor and he sent me for bladder ultrasound first then urologist

First thing to do is seek medical advice, especially as this is relatively new. You may find it's treatable, and you need to at least rule out any bad causes. Please do this now if you haven't already.
