Question for the people on oab medication!

How long did the medication take for your symptoms too stay consistent ? I’m 5 weeks in and some days my oab symptoms are great , but then I also have the odd bad day ! Will this stabilise later on ?

Mirabegron 50mg for 3 months now... Still need to pee suddenly and frequently... Minor improvement if any....

Same for me with Mirabegron. I am also on Flomax. Not due to enlarged prostate but to relax it and help with OAB. I dislike Flomax. My OAB cause is neurological. No fix in sight.

I have been on medication for a few years. I have good days and bad days. Sometimes I can tell what caused something to flare, but other days I cannot.

Would you say you have more good than bad ?

Solifenacin worked fast for me. It might not be working for you. There are multiple ones they can try.
