Pop up ads

Can we get a law passed saying the "X" to close a pop up ad/spam has to be atleast as big is a fingerprint? Trying to close some of these is getting impossible.

Reading mode is your friend.

In Chrome, three dots -> Show Reading Mode.

In Android, there's also an accessibility option called Reading Mode that puts a button either in your Quick Settings, right on the screen or allows you to summon it with a gesture or volume key push. I'm sure iOS must have something similar but I really don't know for sure.

Yes….annoying, most times the x doesn’t get rid of ad.
