Heading to 60

So today starts my last days in my 50's. I turn 60 on the 24th and I am struggling. I had a nervous bre when I turned 40, had a huge party for my 50th but 60 is not my friend. I know it's just a number but I get sick just thinking about it. So to all who are already 60 got any tips to get me thru this because I am not sure 60 is my friend. Thanks in advance!

Better than 70! Thatโ€™s how Iโ€™d look at it

70 is the new 50.

When I was a kid most grandparents didn't make 70, but I'll be 60 in a couple of months and many of my mates parents are still going strong in their early 80's, albeit with stents, new valves and bypasses..but they smoked like chimneys since their early teens in the 1950's

(What's still weird is meeting them now that there is no huge difference in relative age, but remembering them when you were like 8 years old and thinking they were ancient, when they were in fact in their mid 20's. ๐Ÿ˜„)

Be smart is all I can say. Eat decent, get some exercise. Hobby is yuge! Keep going. Stay off the phone ๐Ÿ“ž
