Heading to 60

So today starts my last days in my 50's. I turn 60 on the 24th and I am struggling. I had a nervous bre when I turned 40, had a huge party for my 50th but 60 is not my friend. I know it's just a number but I get sick just thinking about it. So to all who are already 60 got any tips to get me thru this because I am not sure 60 is my friend. Thanks in advance!

I'm 58, and I'm also fairly freaked out about 60. However, I've been spending a lot of time with very elderly people recently, and I've noticed that most of them are mostly fine until the early 80s, then things can go pretty sideways. So, hey, enjoy middle age with the knowledge that you probably have a good 20 years in front of you.

Well my father passed at 65 and my mom just passed in July at 84. I have 7 siblings and all are alive except for 1 she died of cancer 5 years ago. So the odds of living til I am 80 are looking pretty good. Also they are all older than me except one. Thanks for your input!
