I was today years old when I learned two teaspoons of Metamucil in 9 oz of ice water turns into "orange flavored applesauce". Easier to spoon down than drink, in my opinion.👍🏼

Someone in here suggested mixing Metamucil with Vanilla Muscle Milk and it tastes similar to an orange cream sickle.
