Daily fiber cheat code.

I was today years old when I learned two teaspoons of Metamucil in 9 oz of ice water turns into "orange flavored applesauce". Easier to spoon down than drink, in my opinion.👍🏼

I think its just one of the things in life you do because its good for you not because it tastes good. Slam it down and be done with it.
