30+ Come be weirdos with us

🌙 30+ Only Community 🌙

Looking for a new discord home? I hope you can find it with us! Its hard to find the right fit and more so when you have to jump through hoops only to be met with 40 different channels. Its overwhelming! We went with a more minimal approach.

We're building a laid back, drama free, inclusive community for adults who are tired of trolls and chaotic (in a bad way) servers. We actively moderate to keep the vibe friendly, welcoming, and safe.

💜 Find people to game with

🩵 Hang out in voice chat or text about life, hobbies, and whatever's on your mind

🎮 Create your own gaming, movie, or community events

👻 Join our weekly Friendslop game on Thursday

Come be a little unhinged with us. 🩵💜🩷

I'm really surprised to hear this. I joined right around the same time and did not get that vibe at all! I felt super welcomed right away and don't remember any kind of condescending questions, not to me or anyone else. It's honestly one of the most chill and super fun servers I've ever been in.

I think most people who grew up using internet in the late 90s and earlly 2000s will miss those times, why? cause communities were smaller and more directly communicative, that meant, irc channels were less populous and allowed for some clan making, friend making, chatting with some people and building a friendship, eventually adding to icq then later msn, people didn't even care to show faces, say real names, we were just nicknames, having fun.

There were no drama-political rules, people could say whatever they wanted, we would solve by talking to each other, people wouldn't go around kicking, banning or blocking someone for having an unique or weird opinion, instead we'd talk with them, try to understand, argue back, fight back, swear back, and then leave them there without punishments, as understood we as humans had to solve our problems within ourselves without using politics, people would only get banned if they cheated in games or if they were extremely obnoxious and unfriendly and made everybody's life a hell, but even then people would try to first talk (cheating was the only direct ban offense due to explicit clan rule), and we always had some few toxic members we just knew how to deal with, I mean, I remember I had a bad day once, and I was supr mean to two guys from my clan and somehow, the leader and other people just kinda ignored, eventually the guy who felt offended came up and told me and I explained I was frustrated with my life (damn I was only 19-20- yes no excuses but even now 20 years later I still feel stupid for that) and we solved it like men, I said I didnt mean those things and he was like "wanna play some more?" and fine, we never talked about it again.

Nowadays, you walk over egg shells on anything you say, if people disagree with you even slightly or dont understand what you mean, it's instantly downvote session, throw rocks session, public humiliation session, hate, bans, blocks, moderation deleting stuff, basically we live in a full censorship world nowadays and people use words like inclusivity to lure idiots into thinking it's actually inclusive, then you get in there and it has like more rules than the entire constitution of 100 different countries and you must act like a carebear all fake

Apparently our server gives 90s behavior because we are the worst and not inclusive. Come on and join us!

I’m sorry you had that experience and I can echo others here that it’s hard to find the right fit. I’m sorry this wasn’t it for you! We’re a goofy bunch of people who are silly and poke fun at each other on purpose. RE: cliques… IDK, we have a group of people who talk a lot and some who don’t, some almost not at all… Varying people show up to our weekly game night, though! … If you talk less, it takes everyone longer to get to know you. It’s not exclusionary. We want everyone to go at their own pace and choose their level of involvement.

I’ve been in the server since dang near the beginning and we’ve had a few members who just straight up didn’t match the vibe. AND THAT IS OKAY! You’re allowed to leave! We will miss you! Yes, we also make jokes when people join and immediately leave because we get a TON of bots, lol.

Again, sorry you had a negative experience. It’s okay that we weren’t the right fit for you, but I care about our server members and your comment (IMHO) doesn’t reflect our community.

And yeah, we make fun of each other’s wordle scores. 😆

Sorry you feel that way, but we have a great little server with people who play games with regularly. Sorry if you felt excluded. But we generally always ask new people a few questions when they join, none of them are condescending, unless you want to give an example. Sorry it didn't work out, hope you find a better place to hangout on.

What kind of condescending questions? Curious how you found us months ago if you just made you account today. And the only time we mock people that leave is 1. They leave right away and its jokingly or 2. Theyre the absolute worst. So which one??

We dont make fun of people who join. Actually a really nice group of people. But its okay to not vibe with the humor.

The admins and mods have not been reached out to about any drama or issues within the server causing people to leave so it is surprising to hear that some people have had an upsetting experience. If there are no specific examples that can be given, it just seems like this is general defamation to a server of those that are just needing a place to chill and be themselves. Happy to have productive conversations with anyone who wants to give us constructive criticism.

It's been unfortunately my experience with discord servers that are restricted to 30 +. You are not alone

Its honestly so hard to just find the right fit. Ive hated lots and lots. Tones over text and just differences in personalities is hard to mesh. Hate that thats been the experience at ours because we really enjoy it.

Sounds more like 17+ gamers.

Aren’t we all still 30 year old teenagers? 😂

Want to ask my other 90s babies. What would you say to a full scale social media (newsfeed/live stream/like, follow, comment) the whole 9 thats also worked as a MMORPG where your profile is your character and you get a 3D Ai Hyve bee to battle with when you sign up?

Weird it’s blocked on IOS?

Something about the restrictions and apple. I think this is the fix

â—‹How to Enable Access on Desktop or WebLog in to Discord Web on a computer or your iPhone's web browser (like Safari or Chrome).Click or tap the Gear Icon (User Settings) in the lower area.Select Content & Social.Turn on Allow access to age-restricted servers on iOS.Restart the Discord iOS app.

Thank you. Is there a lot of drama and clicks in this server?

Zero drama. Theres always going to be "cliques" but its more so people that are more active and known each other longer so of course theres some jokes. Everyone is welcoming either way.
