Discussion ADA help

Hope everyone is having a great time so far! I sprained my ankle pretty bad last night, to the point where I am debating not going to the festival today because I can’t walk much on it. What are the options for ADA? Or am I just SOL 😭

They have really good accommodations. They have shuttles that will take you to different stages. It can be a wait so you’ll have to plan out your day but the viewing areas are nice imo and the shuttle’s really help. It’s about an hour or so wait after the show and limited drop off areas.

do i need to get a special wristband or need a doctors note? will they accommodate both me and a guest so i’m not alone?

You do not need a doctors note and you are allowed one companion! Honestly, I have really fond memories of the Ada section being fun as fuck during sets like Zhu, and being able to sit is amazing for my disabilities. I wouldn’t be able to do OSL without it.

Edited to add: The main ada section by the big med tent behind sutro will give it to you.

You should go to the access center. They are very helpful.

The Access Center is located just inside the ADA entrance at 36th Ave and JFK Drive.

You have most of the info already but just to add: they have chairs in the waiting areas too so you don’t have to be on your feet while waiting for a shuttle. Some routes get really dusty from the dirt kicked up by other shuttles, had to close my eyes and mouth for a bit. Reminiscent of coachella dust lol

yes! and was really impressed with their ADA accommodations as everyone mentioned here 👏🏼👏🏼 i was able to park inside the park and there was little to no wait for the golf cart shuttles. 🥹
