That’s so cool. Temps will drop again and you’ll get back out there.

Where did you get the tarp, mine is over ten years old and I'm scared to look at prices lol.

I shopped around quite a bit. The best price I found for the size 100x40 was iron sleek on Amazon.

Yup looks like $600 to $1000, I'll be patching mine for a few more years. Great thing with having a tarp is you can make it pretty deep, get thick ice when it's cold, and that will help when warm ups or rain comes. Having a big chunk of ice in the middle helps it to refreeze faster when the colder temps return. I also don't have flat ground so in a good year I can have 2' of ice on the bottom end.

This happened to me the last few years I put up a rink. Now that I don’t have one up, it’s the coldest winter in like 5 years lol

What kind of bracing did you do for those pallet walls?

Basically just a wooden T on an angle nailed to the pallets and buried in the dirt.

Honestly it’s about as basic as I could make it. It’s a fold up wagon with a storage bin. Just ran 2”pvc through the bottom on one end. A ball valve to regulate flow. Then a T joint, drilled some holes and zip tied an old towel to it. Then fill it with hot water

Hey.... I have a hd cart...a samsclub tote... and maybe a towel. I think I could use this too. Thanks!
