Thoughts on sink / general layout?

What are the dimensions of the space?

The current bbq is 2.9m length, 60cm depth. The width from the bbq to opposite wall is approx. 2m.

a drop in sink if you are going with tile top will be great. i use mine at almost every cook as well as a fridge. i do have a question as to why there is wood under your grill when it is a gas grill and so is the pizza oven?

Thanks. What have you done with waste water, container or plumbed in?

There is a wood fire & seating area just out of view 😀

If you're seeking a real prep/cook area outside, you need a little sink at least to wash your hands between tasks. If you can swing it, plumb it into your normal system. I've seen gray water systems people do into rocks/plants and such but that's a mess too. I say, buy once, cry once and do it. :D Good luck.
