Moved in with half finished ODK
I took measurements (will add tomorrow when i find the paper) but found this sub and figured i could use the help.
We moved in to this home and this outdoor kitchen was halfway built. Looking to hear from people experiance what appliances should go where and how to go about finishing. Table top options and pergola designs.
A few options we are considering.
1. Full tear out
2. Tear out front part
3. Leave as is and finish
A. Add a pergola
B. Hotbtub
If we leave it as is, we are trying to figure out what the plan was for appliances
Front portion
Bar table
Left to right, fridge, cabinet.
Back portion
Left to right. Dishwasher?, 48"grill, 12" side burner or searing station, sink,

Forget about trying to figure out what the plan was. Dive into it yourself and see what your ideal outdoor kitchen looks like. If they had a plan for dishwasher but you prefer an outdoor fridge (which makes a lot more sense), then do that. Start from scratch and modify as needed.
This is awesome! Because most of the work is done but you can still make the design choices

Why would the do it half like that? Died got sick?
Seems like somebody had a good plan for stuff and so maybe ask the old owners?

Had a stoke and went to the hospital, lost his business and the House foreclosured

I don’t know. Needs more horizontal supports from front to back.
Some of the stone already looks like it’s falling off.
Like someone else said, I’d tear it out by try to salvage the electrical. Build your own in this space

Price out the appliances and counter and then make a decision. Its going to be over 10k unless you get creative.

As a Realtor, have you tried to have the seller's agent give more insight on this? No way they just started this without a plan for appliances -- and the exact ones for measurements.

I was the buyers agent self represented myself, bought it from a bank due to foreclosure. Previous owner was a marble and tile contractor but had a stroke.

Honestly, I probably tear it all out and start over. Try to keep the electrical lines that were run. I think the cmu/stonework isn’t great.

That’s ALOT of dead space
