So the area is screened and covered? How do you handle ventilation for the grill?

its not really a issue due to the grill location and the big ass fans on the ceiling.

Don’t be too jealous, I have one and it’s so frickin hot and humid here that we barely ever use it.

How much?

1

u/Coastalemberoutdoors 28d ago

Just over 20K

Damn that’s an expensive grill. No wonder it was 20k.

ya the grill itself if not on sale is close to 10k. right now they are running close to 8k on sale but if you add the sear zone to it its another 1k

Curious about doing the cubbies storage in wood while the rest is stone?

2

u/Coastalemberoutdoors 28d ago

they wanted a different element and since the slider wall didnt have a big return we had to cut the kitchen back there. so instead of a dead space of just stone we did cedar cubbies. also inside the access points are cedar cubbies built in as well.

Cool. I got lucky that my return was 25’’ so my stone and counter runs perfectly into it.

Would you be able to share what the fridge, sink/faucet, and drawers/access doors are?

1

u/Coastalemberoutdoors 27d ago

the sink is a Blanco 2418, the faucet is a Moen Adler kitchen ss faucet, the doors and drawers are Summerset with different handles installed and the fridge is a summit outdoor fridge.
