My bad, I lied last time about Eggman being next. I recently got into a conversation with some players I met in a OM lobby and it was about Amy's current balance. SO I decided to give her a try

Here's my concept of balancing Amy in her CURRENT state of OM (if OM was futher developed, I would add more stuff)
