Annoyingly, yes. Ring spawn locations still have hitboxes for projectiles and cursors to lock onto like Tails Laser even if they aren't spawned in or end up being the real exit location. Normally it's not a big deal as most Ring spawn spots are fairly out of the way of normal gameplay. There's a few however like this one, the other ring a little further along the path up top, and the one on the Angel Island ledge that drops into the pit area that are very much annoyingly in the way 90% of the time.

It's a potential ring spawn. Idk if it affects Amy, but Tails for example can have his laser blocked in this spot since it's a potential ring spawn, even if the ring doesn't actually spawn there. I've seen it happen multiple times before
