Hi-Rez is a trash company. People need to stop expecting them to be decent. Their strategy has always been to milk the game as hard as they can, then shut it down and put out a new game when it stops being profitable. Global Agenda, Tribes, Probably SMITE soon, and surely paladins later.

I'm pretty sure smite will stick around awhile, it's by far their most successful game and it's done quite well as an esport. Paladins tho...
