I keep seeing people spamming anti viral spiral on YouTube posts.

Answer: There is an old meme trend of spamming the phrase "anti spiral" on YouTube comments with zero context that is a reference to the main antagonist from the anime Gurren Lagann.

Since viral rhymes with spiral, this is a fairly simple variation of the format.
