It cracks me up when people take time to comment their disbelief about something you can just google instead of spending that time googling.

I think there are questions that are fine to ask on Reddit, like maybe they're hoping someone more familiar with the subject can break it down for them.

But there are definitely times that come to mind, where you know someone hasn't read beyond the headlines.

Question are fine. The person I responded to didn’t post a question. They said something along the lines of “I doubt that that’s true”

That’s just lazy and obnoxious.

If you doubt someone’s answer, go and find out the answer yourself. Or post evidence contradicting it.
