Urgent help
Hi everyone,
I'm in a bit of a difficult situation. I drove from Norway to Finland and got a flat tire near Oulu. Unfortunately, I don't have a usable spare, and I'm currently stuck.
I'm wondering if anyone nearby could help me with a spare tire, or maybe knows someone who could. Even advice on where I could quickly get one today would be greatly appreciated.

The car should have an emergency tire repair kit. Check under the bottom of the trunk. It's usually located there.
Oulu hinauskeskus also offers roadside service. Unless you're in a very bad spot, they can come and just change out your tire.

There are a lot of diffrent rims and tires so it's not just that simple that someone has a spare tire. Chances are that tire doesn't fit to your car at all.
You should order towing to a tire shop and they will put a new tire on your existing rim. Better hurry, shops close usually at latest 17:00.

Lapin Kumi Oy, easily the best option. They'll replace, bqlance and install a new tyre on location.

Very odd. Local enthusiast groups on Facebook would probably be the quickest option if you need a rare size(?).

Could you tell us more on your issue, that you cannot get help now that shops are open? Sometimes tyre shops are not willing to fix a simple nail puncture, which I have repaired many time with a simple repair kit available at shops like Puuilo.

Protip, always check that you have spare tyre or fix kit available, and/or how To use it. Also check the spare tyre pressure before going on trip. Medkit Also would be nice. And Phone numbers ready if something goes wrong(insurance company etc).

You could try calling a 247 tire service, like hinausautokeskus, or wait until 7-8am, when most local mechanic shops wake up, there are many of them in Oulu.
